ELLA! You're ONE! I can't believe it. How are you already one?! I must say your birthday was simply perfect. I had my sweet friend Jenna draw a picture of you that I could blow up and put in a frame. It is the cutest thing in the entire world. I wanted to make you feel loved, appreciated, and  very special part of our family. I really hope that I was able to accomplish this. Ya ya I know you won't remember it, but when you ask me one day if we had a 1st birthday party for you like we did for Grace, my answer will be YES and it was the best and most perfect party for you. Big crowds make you a bit nervous, so we made it small and only invited people who you know and love. Aka family. Grandmas, grandpas, aunts, uncles, and cousins. It was perfect. The little looks on your face throughout the night were priceless. You knew the party was for you and felt so special, especially when we all sang to  you. Your little face lit up. Baby girl! You are communicating. We been practicing signing time with you for quite some time and you're finally getting it! Mostly just please, milk, and sleep. But I mean what more do you need to know? You have been so much fun lately, you crawl around everywhere. Love to explore, but mostly just follow gracie around. You two have been playing so much more lately, and it's so much fun to watch! You'll pull yourself up to your knees, but still very far away from pulling yourself up to your feet. I don't think it's you being cautious, you just don't want to. ha. You're very chill and easy going. But you definitely have an opinion at times and make it very known. For some reason you HATE when I change your diaper. I don't know why and you only cry bloodier murder when I change you. Its okay though, I know you still love me.
