3 Months

I am loving 3 months. You are the cutest baby. I know everyone says that about their babies, but seriously you are the cutest. I told dad the other day that I'm obsessed with you and want a thousand more babies because of you.We just got back from taking you on your very first trip to Anna Maria. I could travel everyday with you! You made it that easy. Thanks Ella. I joke that you were like me emotional support animal. Ha. I don't really like airplanes, they make me nervous. But having you glued to me the entire trip actually helped me feel more calm inside. You ate an slept the whole time, no time for nonsense like crying. I changed all your diapers on my lap, minus one poopy one that dad so graciously offered to change in the tiny bathroom. Bless his heart. We survived Universal Studios together as well. We became the best of buds those two days. While everyone else was on the rides, you and I were chilling in the baby swap room. My favorite was when we scoped out the gift shops and tried on every headpiece we could find. Your favorite was the donkey ears. Who knew you had a thing for donkeys! I also spent a lot of time smashed between you and your sister in the backseat so I could feed your bottle to you. Lets be honest, you hardly ever cry, but when you do it's really good! It sounds like your dying and haven't eaten in years.

You are already sleeping through the night and have been for quite some time. You completely rocked sleep training. We never had to do the let her cry it out method with you. You protest for maybe MAYBE 5 minutes and then you're fast asleep. You are completely content on your own, you don't need to be held, but you don't mind it either. Your smile lights up the room. It's one of those whole face smiles, eyes widen, cheeks rise, tongue comes out, everything about you smiles. It makes me happy laugh whenever you smile. Can you tell how obsessed I am with you right now?

You started laughing! When I didn't think you could get any cuter you proved me wrong and did. I thought your smile was great, but your laugh is amazing! Even though I have to do something super obnoxious to get you to laugh, I'd do anything to hear it. Dad's a little jealous because I can get you to laugh better than anyone else. You're also starting to talk a lot more. I love having little conversations with you. I forgot how much I love the 3 month stage!

You love looking at your hands and putting them in your mouth. I thought Gracie was an abnormally slobbery baby, but you have proved to be just as slobbery already. You're usually soaked by the end of the day, but I usually also change your clothes at least 2 times a day. My favorite is getting you up in the morning or from naps. You give me the biggest grin and make me feel like a million bucks. It's amazing how good babies are on the self-esteem.

Whenever anyone sees you the first thing they say is how TINY you are. You are a petite little thing and I love it because I don't have to carry around 15 pounds like everyone else is. Thanks for being light for me.

The last thing I'm obsessed with, your red hair. It is stunning and I love it! It makes you YOU. I'm so glad that you have red hair.
