5.5 plus some
Oh hi Ella!
You have grown a ton in your 5th year! I think you’re going to be our tallest child. You’ve grown out of all your pants. Also, you’ve grown incredibly sweet. You are constantly writing everyone little love notes and creating cool little things out of paper to give to us. I love them so much and try to keep as many of them as I can. You’re also so sweet to make our bed and clean up the play room without being asked. You are in kindergarten now and doing so well! Your teacher says you’re incredibly kind and make friends easily. You were a little hesitant about PE at first, but you’ve been facing your fears and getting braver each week. We started swimming lessons again and you’re wonderful! You jumped to the second level very quickly. You pick things up fast! I love what a goof ball you are. You are always making us laugh. You are very observant and aware of everything going on around you. One thing I love about you is your communication skills! Sheesh, you’re good at communicating! Whenever you’re frustrated, sad, mad you always say mom can we talk and then you tell me everything that’s bothering you. We make a solution together and then you’re right back at what you were doing. You and will are the best of buds. He absolutely adores you. You are so sweet with him and let him play with you even when you’d rather not. You two are always giggling and wrestling. I love watching you two together. You’re such a wonderful sister to grace and help her when she’s feeling down. You two will be a great strength to each other throughout the years. This year for Halloween you were a police officer and you looked amazing. You still have a love for cars and police. I love watching you play. You have the biggest imagination and can play on your own for hours. You love candy! Especially suckers, gummies, hard candy. Not so much chocolate and baked desserts. After lunch you always ask for two small treats. I love our afternoon snuggles and reading time. Ella you are a bright wonderful person and I’m honored to be your mom.
Xoxo Mom
